Start interval update for Irish Schools

·         The minimum time gap on the start list between competitors from the same school on the same course shall be 2 minutes for 1^st year boys and girls; 3  minutes for 2^nd and 3^rd year boys and girls; and 4 minutes for PJC boys and girls (as the starter determines on the day)
