Just 38 secs separated Newtown School Waterford's team from Midleton CBS, in the 1st Year Boys category, denying Midleton CBS of any title, for the first time, in the Irish Post Primary Schools Orienteering Championships, which took place last Tuesday, 8 April, in Emo Court, Co. Laois, whilst Molly Brown (Castleknock CC) continued her unbeaten record, by winning the 1st Year Girls category, 3 minutes clear of her nearest rival. Pictures can be found here. Does anybody have any more?
Huge thanks to Mary Healy for organising the event and to all the teachers (especially Liam an-ex) who helped on the day.
