Maciek Piotrowski (St Killians Bray) had a good race yesterday (Oct 20th ) in the opening event of the Leinster Post primary schools orienteering league in Bushy Park, Ternure to beat his main rivals Brian O'Malley (Castleknock) and Shane Hoare (Colaiste Bride, Carnew) by over 1 minute.
Winners were:
1st year boys: Mark Hoare (Colaiste Bride, Carnew)
2nd/3rd year girls: Erica Gualandi and Sophie Davy (Castleknock)
2nd/3rd year boys: David Kelly and Sean O'Malley (Castleknock)
TY Girls A: Anika Babel and Caoillinn Byrne (Notre Dame)
TY Girls B: Tasha Mooney and Rebecca Hughes (St Killians, Bray)
TY Boys: Maciek Piotrowski (St Killians)
5th/6th year Boys A: Fiachra Swan (De La Salle Churchtown)
5th/6th year Boys B: Ray Marcu (Pleasants St, Youthreach)
