Leinster league Primary South 2

In the second event in the Leinster schools league for Primary South 2, Ruairi Long (St. Marys, Rathfarnham) easily won the 6th class boys category by over 8 minutes. In their first event, Carly nic Liaim and Lusai ni Bholguir (Scoil Mologa), had a surprise win in 6th class girls by 5 seconds from Eimear Fitzpatrick and Tarryn Shiels (Rathfarnham Parish NS). Clodagh Moran (Rathfarnham) led the 5th class girls from Saoirse Kennedy and Claudia Johnston. Stephen Landy and Colm Nolan (Rathfarnham) won the 5th class boys. Full results can be found here.

Leinster Primary North 2

Ciaran Kearns (Cannistown) had another excellent run to win the 5th class Boys category today by a large margin in the second event of the Leinster schools Primary North league held in St Anne's Park, Raheny. In the girl's categories, Niamh McGovern (Skyrne) and Emma Powderly (Skyrne) had much improved performances to win the 5th and 6th class Girls categories respectively..
